Employment Consultant

Our Employment Services division has recently merged with our Skills Training Centre to become the new Employment & Training division, allowing a smoother transition between programs and better outcomes for our job seekers.

As a result of these changes and due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Steam 2 and 3 Employment Consultant to work as part of our JSA team at our Strathpine Office.

The successful applicant will be working as part of a high performing team in the delivery of Employment Services, to achieve sustainable outcomes for job seekers in accordance with the Job Services Australia DEED 2009-2012 and HELP Enterprises KPI's.

The focus on the role is threefold:
- Marketing unemployed job seekers with a into work
- Ensuring all contractual compliance and administrative tasks are completed daily
- Achieving all monthly targets and KPI's to ensure budget is met.

Experience in JSA or DEN/DES is highly considered but not mandatory.

A valid Qld Drivers Licence is essential.
 

Successful Applicants will be paid above award + Salary sacrifice option + 9% Superannuation.
