To get supported employment with Help Enterprises, you need to be:
- Aged 15 or over
- Receiving or eligible for the Disability Support Pension
- Keen and eager to work at least 8 hours per week
- Able to understand and adhere to the Help Enterprises Code of Conduct for employees
- Independent in your personal hygiene skills such as toileting, eating and drinking
You can work for Help Enterprises on a full-time or part-time basis, as long as you work at least 8 hours a week. If you fit the above criteria and are interested in working for Help Enterprises, you can ask Centrelink for a referral, or contact us directly.
We can only offer employment when we have a vacancy. If you approach us for employment and there are no vacancies at the time, we will place you on our Interest Register, to contact when a vacancy becomes available. We may also recommend that you undertake a course in our Skills Training Centre while you wait, as this will increase your chances of employment.
