HELP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
HELP endeavours to ensure that the information provided on this website is correct at the time of publication. HELP will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

refund policy
Donations
If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, or if the donation is made accidentally or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, you should notify us directly on 07 3868 1765 and confirm that notice in writing or by email to fundraising@helpenterprises.com.au as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query. Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Therefore please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. Please note the following:
- We will refund if there was an error with the donation processing;
- We will refund if the donor entered the wrong amount and it exceeds the intended amount; and
- We will refund if the recurring donation did not cancel correctly when/as requested.
If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer valid so it should be deleted or shredded.
Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt. Any issues should be directed to fundraising@helpenterprises.com.au in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still refer it to your financial institution which will obtain details of the disputed transaction and may lodge a claim on your behalf.
Fundraising Event Tickets and Fundraising Merchandise
In the event that fundraising event tickets or fundraising merchandise are paid using the HELP donation platform, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Please contact us for refunds and returns by phone on 07 3868 1765 or email fundraising@helpenterprises.com.au.
Any fundraising merchandise returned must be in its original packaging.
Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of fundraising merchandise.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
